Zack is 2!

I've been just fine all day, but as I sit here thinking about my sweet little Zack turning 2 today and going back in my mind to his birth and all that surrounded it I am so emotional. That time was one of the hardest in my life for many reasons but what a shining little blessing it was to have this precious child grace us with his birth. He was the answer to so many prayers after 2 miscarriages. He brought out excitement in Aiden that only a brand new little brother could. (although aiden was a little disappointed that he couldn't run and play right away :)) We couldn't have asked for a more perfect addition to our family at that point in time.
I've said it before, but it is amazing to me how different Aiden and Zack are from each other. Aiden is smart, funny, cute and feisty! Zack is sweet, quiet, cuddly and adorable. He still doesn't talk much at all and the words he does say are usually only understood by Jeremy, Aiden and me. But I can't count the number of times each day that he runs up to me and gives me a big hug around my legs and then runs off to play some more. He loves to sit on my lap for a few minutes after naptime and "wake up" before he gets down to go find a toy baja. And every once in a while when I say "I love you Zack" he'll say "I luh ba" (I love Mom) back. He idolizes his big brother and adores his sister. His Dad is everything to him and he LOVES to work in the garage when daddy gets home at night.
We are so blessed to have him as a part of our family. HaPpy BiRthDay Zack!
